Refund & Return Policy

At Aura Plus, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please share clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

2. Result-Based Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in the effectiveness of our formula. If you do not see any noticeable improvement after consistent use for at least 3–4 weeks, you may contact us for support.

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

  • The product must have been used as directed.

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase and product photos may be required.

Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure fair use of our policy.


3. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.


4. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or digital wallet.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
